FST Upper Body is a new program from Mike Reynold and Eric Cressy. Upper Body FST combines concepts learned from Core FST and Lower Body FST and continues their previous education program, Optimal Shoulder Performance. The Upper Body FST is ideal as a stand alone program, but also creates optimal shoulder performance to help take your knowledge to the next level.
Proper upper limb function is complex and requires the arm to work in conjunction with the shoulder blade, rib cage, cervical spine, and nucleus to provide mobility, strength and power to the entire body. Any deficiency in stability throughout the body’s kinetic chain can lead to injury, dysfunction, and decreased performance in the upper body. FST Upper Body aims to help formulate rehabilitation and training programs designed to optimize upper body function.
