MODULE 6: THE IMPORTANCE OF EXERCISE AND PROPER HYDRATION (RECORDED ON JULY 1, 2014) In the second lesson, you learned to heal your body with good food and healthy thoughts. We now turn to your body’s ability to heal itself through movement and adequate hydration. You are made for regular movement – and regular exercise, if done correctly, will provide you with a healthy future. If you are eating well and implementing other positive strategies but still feel tired and unmotivated, you will want to join this class to learn all the fun and easy ways exercise can be integrated into your busy life. You will also find a huge difference in how you feel when you learn how to absorb water into your cells. In this session you will learn: Special ways of exercise that can change your health and outlook in just 10 minutes a day – and take you beyond thinking “I don’t have time.” All about yoga from a medical point of view – and its role in healing and strengthening the body Why you had minimal or no results even after training for months – and how to break through the plateau How to properly hydrate water to turn on your cellular health and vitality The role structured water and natural water can play in your health Module 7: MEDITATION AND AWARENESS FOR LIFE (RECORDED JULY 8, 2014) In this session, you will have the opportunity to open your heart, breath and soul even more as we explore the best ways to benefit from the practice of meditation and mindfulness.
